REGISTRATION PROCEDURES (2026 ENTRY)

To formally enrol as a student of EdUHK, please read carefully all the information on this website and take appropriate actions as required.

Student Email Account

After programme registration, you will receive an email containing your student number. Please follow the guidelines in www.eduhk.hk/ocio/useful-it-information-new-students to gain access to your EdUHK student email account via https://webmail.eduhk.hk/ as soon as possible. If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact our IT Help Desk by calling 2948 6601 or via email at helpdesk@ocio.eduhk.hk.

Student EdU Card

You are REQUIRED to upload your photo for the production of the Student EdU Card. Please refer to https://eduhk.hk/ecpus/ for photo specifications and other information. Should you have any queries, please contact the IT help desk at 2948 6601.

Before Collecting your Student EdU Card

A notification will be delivered to your registered email address once your EdU card is ready for collection. Before collecting your Student EdU card, you are required to complete a mandatory Anti-Scam Quiz at https://antiscamquiz.eduhk.hk/course/view.php?name=HKPFANTISCAM2026 with your EdUHK Network Account.

If you are told that your registration to the programme is provisional, please arrange to send the OFFICIAL or OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of the relevant academic document(s) as indicated on your registration notification by the stipulated deadline.

If all your academic documents have been verified, you will be regarded as having completed this step.

As you start your student life at EdUHK, you are required to attend a series of mandatory briefing sessions. Please click the following hyperlinks for information delivered online:

    Eligible students will receive an email from shostel@eduhk.hk about hall application upon completion of programme registration.

**Important Note**

All applicants are required to meet the stipulated entrance requirements of the programme. The University reserves the right to revoke/void any offer if applicants fail to meet the entrance requirements or provide the original documentations for verification.

Making, submitting or using any false instrument (including forged documents) are serious criminal offences under the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200 of the laws of Hong Kong). A person committing the offences relating to forgery or false instruments is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment. The University shall consider the relevant evidence and report suspicious cases to the Hong Kong Police. The University reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against persons who make, forge or use a false instrument for admission and any other academic purposes before, during and after the admission process.

ORIENTATION AT EdUHK

A series of orientation activities have been prepared to help you navigate the dynamic student life at the University and meet fellow students and teachers. On Orientation Day, each full-time HD/UG freshman will be paired with a senior EdUHK Peer Mentor, who will guide you through your new journey here. Mentors will share their experiences of university life and study tips, assist with your adaptation needs, and organise a variety of welcoming activities.
