Registration Procedures (JUPAS Rechecking and Remarking / Clearing Round)

To formally enrol as a student of EdUHK, you are invited to complete the following offer acceptance and registration procedures by 20 August 2026 and 27 August 2026 respectively. You are NOT required to undergo the procedures in person and will receive details through email and the EdUHK New Student Registration Platform in due course. 

Please pay the acceptance fee to JUPAS office via one of the channels listed here AND login to the EdUHK New Student Registration Platform to indicate your offer acceptance and upload the required documents by 20 August 2026 (5:00pm)

Remarks:
Applicants who have paid the acceptance fee for their Main Round offers NEED NOT pay the acceptance fee again for the "better" offers. However, they MUST indicate their acceptance of the "better" offers via their JUPAS accounts by the specified deadline.

If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact our IT Help Desk by calling 2948 6601 or via email at helpdesk@ocio.eduhk.hk.

Student EdU Card

After verifying your personal information on the EdUHK New Student Registration Platform, please upload your photo via https://eduhk.hk/ecpus/ for the production of the Student EdU Card. Should you have any queries, please contact the IT help desk at 2948 6601.

Before Collecting your Student EdU Card

A notification will be delivered to your registered email address once your EdU card is ready for collection. Before collecting your Student EdU card, you are required to complete a mandatory Anti-Scam Quiz at https://antiscamquiz.eduhk.hk/course/view.php?name=HKPFANTISCAM2026 with your EdUHK Network Account.

As you start your student life at EdUHK, you are required to attend a series of mandatory briefing sessions below.

  4. Language Policy & Language Enhancement Programmes - Video / PowerPoint [EdUHK login is required]
  5. Introduction to General Education (For Year-1 undergraduates entrants only) -  Video Introduction / PowerPoint File 
  6. A Quick Guide to Hall Application, 2026/27 - Video Introduction / PowerPoint File [EdUHK login is required].
    Eligible students will receive an email from shostel@eduhk.hk about hall application upon completion of programme registration.

**Important Note**

All applicants are required to meet the stipulated entrance requirements of the programme. The University reserves the right to revoke/void any offer if applicants fail to meet the entrance requirements or provide the original documentations for verification.

Making, submitting or using any false instrument (including forged documents) are serious criminal offences under the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200 of the laws of Hong Kong). A person committing the offences relating to forgery or false instruments is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment. The University shall consider the relevant evidence and report suspicious cases to the Hong Kong Police. The University reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against persons who make, forge or use a false instrument for admission and any other academic purposes before, during and after the admission process.

Orientation at EdUHK

A series of orientation activities have been prepared to help you navigate the dynamic student life at the University and meet fellow students and teachers. Each full-time HD/UG freshman will be paired with a senior EdUHK Peer Mentor, who will guide you through your new journey here. Mentors will share their experiences of university life and study tips, assist with your adaptation needs, and organise a variety of welcoming activities.
