      Registration Procedures (JUPAS)

      To formally enrol as a student of EdUHK, you are invited to complete the following online registration procedures (Step 1 - 6) AND complete the Declaration Form (Step 7) by 12 August 2025. You are NOT required to undergo registration in person and will receive details through email on 11 August 2025.

      Please accept the admission offer by paying the acceptance fee via your JUPAS account before the acceptance deadline (i.e. 5:00pm, 7 August 2025). 

      You will receive your EdUHK student number through email on 11 August 2025. Please read through the New Students Information Sheet on IT Services and follow the instructions to activate your student account to enjoy various online services, including your EdUHK email (@s.eduhk.hk), access to The Portal, online course registration, online hostel application, etc.

      You must upload a photo to the EdU Card Photo Upload System for production of Student EdU Card. Notifications will be delivered to your registered email, EdUHK email (@s.eduhk.hk) and via SMS once your EdU card is ready for collection*. For enquiry, please contact IT Help Desk at helpdesk@ocio.eduhk.hk or 2948 6601.

      * Students are required to complete the Hong Kong Police Force Anti-Scam Quiz (please login with your student login account) with a passing rate of 85%. Otherwise, your student card will be withheld, and therefore you will not be able to access the library and other on-campus facilities.

      As you start your student life at EdUHK, you are required to attend a series of mandatory briefing sessions below.

        Eligible students will receive an email from shostel@eduhk.hk about hall application upon completion of programme registration.

      **Important Note**

      All applicants are required to meet the stipulated entrance requirements of the programme. The University reserves the right to revoke/void any offer if applicants fail to meet the entrance requirements or provide the original documentations for verification.

      Making, submitting or using any false instrument (including forged documents) are serious criminal offences under the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200 of the laws of Hong Kong). A person committing the offences relating to forgery or false instruments is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment. The University shall consider the relevant evidence and report suspicious cases to the Hong Kong Police. The University reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against persons who make, forge or use a false instrument for admission and any other academic purposes before, during and after the admission process.

      ORIENTATION AT EdUHK

      A series of orientation activities have been prepared to help you navigate the dynamic student life at the University and meet fellow students and teachers. Each full-time HD/UG freshman will be paired with a senior EdUHK Peer Mentor, who will guide you through your new journey here. Mentors will share their experiences of university life and study tips, assist with your adaptation needs, and organise a variety of welcoming activities. For subsequent access to the campus, students will be requested to tap their Student EdU Cards for identity verification upon boarding. For details, please visit the Estate Office Website.
