Please read through New Students Information Sheet on IT Services and activate your computer account to enjoy the online services, including EdUHK email (@s.eduhk.hk), course registration, personal time-table, library catalogue, e-learning, hostel application, etc.
You may refer to the Registration Notification which has been sent to you via email for your EdUHK student number.
You must upload a photo to EdU Card Photo Upload System for production of Student EdU Card. Notification will be delivered to your registered email address once your EdU card is ready for collection. For enquiry, please contact IT Help Desk at helpdesk@ocio.eduhk.hk or 2948 6601.

Parental Consent for Students under the Age of 18
If you are under the age of 18 as of 9 August 2023, please download and complete the Parental Consent Form. Please upload the signed form onto your online application account of our Online Application System.
A Profile of New Full-time Students
Student Emotional State Self-assessment (SES Self-assessment)
Upon the beginning of the new semester, you are invited to complete an online Student Emotional State Self-assessment (SES Self-assessment). It takes you several minutes to complete. When necessary, counsellor of SAO will contact you to follow up on your emotional state.Whole Person Development Inventory
To facilitate new students’ understanding of the whole person development status, you are cordially invited to complete the electronic Whole Person Development Inventory (eWPDI) questionnaire. It will be available for your completion between 22 August 2023 (Tuesday) and 22 September 2023 (Friday). Upon completion of the questionnaire, you will receive your individual report immediately, which will be used for designing your Personal Development Plan with the Student Development tutor in the new semester.
Grasp the chance to know yourself better by completing the WPDI survey on or before 22 September 2023!

Each full-time HD/UG freshman will pair up with a senior EdUHK Peer Mentor, who will guide you through the new journey here. Mentors shall share with you their experiences of university life and study tips, assist your adaptation needs and organize variety of welcoming activities. You will be able to make new friends from different backgrounds and develop your network!
If you are told that your registration to the programme is provisional, please arrange to send the OFFICIAL or OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of the relevant academic document(s) as indicated on your registration notification by the stipulated deadline.
If all your academic documents have been verified, you will be regarded as having completed this step.
