Programme Registration

PGDE programme registration will be performed through ONLINE. New students are NOT required to undergo programme registration in person. Individual notification will be sent to new students through email.

Making, submitting or using any false instrument (including forged documents) are serious criminal offences under the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200 of the laws of Hong Kong). A person committing the offences relating to forgery or false instruments is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment. The University shall consider the relevant evidence and report suspicious cases to the Hong Kong Police. The University reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against persons who make, forge or use a false instrument for admission and any other academic purposes before, during and after the admission process.

2. Student EdU Card
   You are REQUIRED to upload your photo for the production of the Student EdU Card. Please refer to https://eduhk.hk/ecpus/ for photo specifications and other information. Should you have any queries, please contact the IT help desk at 2948 6601.
    
   Before Collecting your Student EdU Card
   A notification will be delivered to your registered email address once your EdU card is ready for collection. Before collecting your Student EdU card, you are required to complete a mandatory Anti-Scam Quiz at https://antiscamquiz.eduhk.hk/course/view.php?name=HKPFANTISCAM2026 with your EdUHK Network Account.
    
3. Briefing Session on Student Financial Assistance Services (applicable for full-time students only) 
    
4. Student Supplementary Information (for local and non-local students)
    
5. English Elective Course Preference Form (Applicable for part-time TSS English participants only: Part-time PGDE(Primary) (C2P035))
    
6. Campus Accommodation (Applicable for full-time local students only)
   Full-time local students are eligible to apply for student accommodation on our Tai Po campus, though the chance of getting a hall place is subject to the availability after allocation to UGC-funded research postgraduate and undergraduate students. If they would like to obtain more information about hall application, please visit our website www.eduhk.hk/sao/info/student_halls/. They may also contact the Hall Management Section of Student Affairs Office at 2948 6868 or email to shostel@eduhk.hk for any questions.


7. Student Visa (Applicable for student visa holders only)
   To confirm the final status of admissions that you have accepted and complete the registration procedures, you are required to submit the valid visa/entry permit with landing slip, and travel documents, input and upload the relevant details to the Visa Management System for Admissions (VMS for admissions) (https://pappl.eduhk.hk/VMS/admission/) at least one week before the programme commencement and pass the validation. For details, please refer to the guidelines in the video. FAILURE TO PROVIDE VALID VISA DOCUMENTATION BY THE PROGRAMME COMMENCEMENT DAY MAY LEAD TO THE UNIVERSITY RETRACTING ITS ADMISSION OFFER, OR ALTERNATIVELY, IMPOSING A POTENTIAL ORDER FOR SUSPENSION OF YOUR STUDIES. Please note that all fees paid will not be refunded.
