Programme Registration

PGDE programme registration will be performed through ONLINE. New students are NOT required to undergo programme registration in person. Individual notification will be sent to new students through email.

Important Notes:

Submitting forged documents is a crime under the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200 of the laws of Hong Kong). A person committing the offence of forgery is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment. The University reserves the right to report the cases to the police and take appropriate legal actions against the person who makes or uses a false instrument for admission purposes before and after admissions.

  1. New Students Information Sheet on IT Services 
     
  2. Collection of Student EdU Card
    You must be REQUIRED to upload your photo for production of Student EdU Card. Notification will be delivered to your registered email address once your EdU card is ready for collection. Please refer to https://eduhk.hk/ecpus/ for details.  Should you have any queries, please contact IT help desk at 2948 6601.
     
  3. Briefing Session on Student Financial Assistance Services (applicable for full-time students only) 
     
  4. Student Supplementary Information (for local and non-local students)
     
  5. Submission of Personal Information on Non-local Students (for Students from Mainland, Taiwan and Macau / for International Students)
     
  6. English Elective Course Preference Form (Applicable for TSS English participants only: Full-time PGDE(Primary) (A1P014) / Part-time PGDE(Primary) (C2P035))
     
  7. Campus Accommodation (Applicable for full-time local students only)
    Full-time local students are eligible to apply for student accommodation on our Tai Po campus, though the chance of getting a hall place is subject to the availability after allocation to UGC-funded research postgraduate and undergraduate students. If they would like to obtain more information about hall application, please visit our website www.eduhk.hk/sao/info/student_halls/. They may also contact the Hall Management Section of Student Affairs Office at 2948 6868 or email to shostel@eduhk.hk for any questions.
