Step 2: Activate your EdUHK Student Account
- Please follow the guidelines in Useful IT Information for New Students to gain access to your EdUHK student email account via https://webmail.eduhk.hk/ as soon as possible. If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact our IT Help Desk by calling 2948 6601 or via email at helpdesk@ocio.eduhk.hk.
Step 3: Upload Photo for Production of Student EdU Card
- You are REQUIRED to upload your photo for the production of the Student EdU Card. Please refer to https://eduhk.hk/ecpus/ for photo specifications and other information. Should you have any queries, please contact the IT help desk at 2948 6601.
A notification will be delivered to your registered email address once your EdU card is ready for collection. Before collecting your Student EdU card, you are required to complete a mandatory Anti-Scam Quiz with your EdUHK Network Account.
Step 4: Complete Student Supplementary Information
- Please fill in the Online Form of the “Student Supplementary Information” system.
Step 5: Send Official Academic Documents
- If you are told that your registration to the programme is provisional, please arrange to send the OFFICIAL COPY of the relevant academic document(s) as indicated on your registration notification by the stipulated deadline. The document(s) should be sent directly to the University from the issuing authorities. Please click HERE. If all your academic documents have been verified, you will be regarded as having completed this step.
**Important Notes**
- All applicants are required to meet the stipulated entrance requirements of the programme. The University reserves the right to revoke/void any offer if applicants fail to meet the entrance requirements or provide the original documentations for verification. For those cases, all paid fees will not be refunded.
- Making, submitting or using any false instrument (including forged documents) are serious criminal offences under the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200 of the laws of Hong Kong). A person committing the offences relating to forgery or false instruments is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment. The University shall consider the relevant evidence and report suspicious cases to the Hong Kong Police. The University reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against persons who make, forge or use a false instrument for admission and any other academic purposes before, during and after the admission process.
- If you have decided not to join the programme in 2026/27, please submit a withdrawal form as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in the University charging the remaining tuition fees for Semester 1, 2026/27 after programme commencement. Please also note that you may not be permitted to re-enrol in any study programmes offered by the University in the future.
