Registration
Please complete the following procedures for programme registration by the deadline specified on your registration notification. Once you have completed the procedures, you will be registered in the programme and a confirmation email with your student number will be sent to you:
1. Complete the following form(s) and upload required document(s):
- Upload a copy of your HKID to your online application account
- Upload a photo to EdU Card Photo Upload System for production of Student EdU Card.
Should you have any queries, please contact IT help desk at 2948 6601. - Complete Student Supplementary Information (SSI)
- Complete and upload Parental Consent Form (only for students under the age of 18 as of programme commencement)
2. Send the ORIGINAL or CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of transcript or academic documents for the academic qualification(s) as indicated on your registration notification to the following address by post/courier (except for EdUHK returning students who have been informed of being automatically registered). Please state clearly your application number and programme code on your documents:

- Credit Transfer for Top-up degree programmes (pls refer to your registration notification for the login username & password)
- All registered students are required to pay for the remaining tuition fee for Semester 1, 2021/22 and/or Caution Money in October 2021. Consolidated e-Billing will be available in The Portal in September.

3. University Shuttle Bus (MTR University Station <> Tai Po Campus) - Students choosing to use this shuttle bus service shall pay bus fare by using your Octopus Card at the Tai Po Campus. New students must present their registration notification to the shuttle bus driver when boarding. Only staff and students are allowed to use the shuttle bus service.
4. Taxi (Cost approximately HK$60 from Tai Po Market MTR Station or Tai Wo MTR Station to the Tai Po Campus)
