To formally enrol as a student of EdUHK, please read carefully all the information on this website and take appropriate actions as required.

Registration Procedures

Step 1: Download and read through the following important information

Step 2: Activate your EdUHK Student Account

Step 3: Upload Photo for Production of Student EdU Card

  • You are REQUIRED to upload a photo to the EdU Card Photo Upload System for production of Student EdU Card. Notification will be delivered to your registered email address, EdUHK email (@s.eduhk.hk) and via SMS once your EdU card is ready for collection*. For enquiry, please contact our IT Help Desk (helpdesk@ocio.eduhk.hk or 2948 6601).

    * Students are required to complete the Hong Kong Police Force Anti-Scam Quiz (please login with your student login account) with a passing rate of 85%. Otherwise, your student card will be withheld, and therefore you will not be able to access the library and other on-campus facilities.

Step 5: Send Official Academic Documents

  • If you are told that your registration to the programme is provisional, you are required to apply for the Official document(s) (e.g. certificates of results, transcripts, etc) stated on your registration notification, which to be sent directly to EdUHK from the issuing institutions/organizations/authorities, by the stipulated deadline. For details, please click HERE. If all your academic documents have been verified, you will be regarded as having completed this step.

**Important Note**

All applicants are required to meet the stipulated entrance requirements of the programme. The University reserves the right to revoke/void any offer if applicants fail to meet the entrance requirements or provide the original documentations for verification.

Making, submitting or using any false instrument (including forged documents) are serious criminal offences under the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200 of the laws of Hong Kong). A person committing the offences relating to forgery or false instruments is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment. The University shall consider the relevant evidence and report suspicious cases to the Hong Kong Police. The University reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against persons who make, forge or use a false instrument for admission and any other academic purposes before, during and after the admission process.

For subsequent access to the campus, students will be requested to tap their Student EdU Cards for identity verification upon boarding. For details, please visit the Estate Office Website.
  2. University Shuttle Bus Service is for students and staff only.
