To facilitate preliminary assessment, please upload the following academic qualifications and relevant supporting documents (if any) to the Online Application System:

  • full transcripts (an unofficial transcript can be accepted at the time of application, but an official transcript is required upon enrollment)
  • certificates
  • language test results and other supporting documents (if any)

Your application will remain incomplete until we have received all the necessary supporting materials. Due to system limitations, the maximum capacity of your upload files is 25MB in total whereas the maximum size of each file is 4MB.

If you graduated from EdUHK in 1995 or afterwards, you do not need to submit your academic transcript(s) and certificate(s) which were awarded by the EdUHK, but are required to authorize us to extract and use your records of studies to process your application when you submit an application online. For qualifications obtained in other universities or institutions, submissions of transcript(s) and certificate(s) are required.

Please do not send any original certificates to the University in any circumstances as we will not be responsible for any documents mislaid. However, original documents of the qualifications stated in the application must be presented for verification before registration. Failure to do so shall lead to disqualification of the application and any offer made will be rescinded. Submitted documents will not be returned. All supporting documents of unsuccessful applications will be destroyed at the end of the admission exercise.

Applicants who have attended international institutions whose transcripts are in a language other than Chinese or English must submit those transcripts with officially certified English translations.
