Application Procedures

You are advised to check our website regularly to obtain the updated admission/programme information.

Please apply online via website www.eduhk.hk/acadprog/online and select Admission Term "SEMESTER 1, 2024/25" for ALL cohorts offered in 2024/25. The University does not accept paper applications. 

Applicants are advised to upload the completed Principal Recommendation Form when submitting their online applications. Applications without a completed Principal Recommendation Form will not be processed.

PDP 2024 entry is now open for application. Some programmes are currently under review, online application for those programmes will be launched shortly.

Application Schedule

Applications must be submitted online no later than two weeks before the commencement of an intake cohort. Applications are considered on a rolling-basis, subject to availability of study places. Review of applications will start before the deadline and continue until all places are filled. The University reserves the right to close applications without prior notice when sufficient competitive applications have been received. Early applications are therefore strongly encouraged.

Successful applicants will receive individual notifications by mail. Applicants who do not receive admission offers two weeks before the commencement of an intake cohort in which they intend to begin study may assume their applications unsuccessful. No individual notifications will be sent to unsuccessful or waitlisted applicants.
 

Fees

No application and tuition fees are required.

Cancellation of Programme

The University reserves the right to cancel any programme(s) / cohort(s).

Right of Access to and Correction of Information

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right of access to and correction of the information contained in your application form, and the right to request a copy of such data. If you wish to do so, you may submit your request by email to the Admissions, Registrations and Academic Planning Section of the Registry.

Probity Requirements: Other than the application fee, applicants are not required to pay any additional fees during the application process. In addition, please be reminded not to offer any advantage to EdUHK staff and/or any person involving admissions at EdUHK in connection with your application. Otherwise, your action may violate Hong Kong's Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201).

In the event of inconsistency between information in English and Chinese version or where an interpretation of the programme content is required, the decision of the University shall be final.
